Very worst experiences with Stay Inn's Heritage. PROS : Just only near to Pandey Ghat, 20 steps from the hotel. CONS : 1. Rooms are not clean, Torn bed sheets, Dirty Blankets. 2. They don't provide basic amenities when you are checking in like Handwash, Towel, Water Bottle even you will not find a single water jug in the room. Electric kettles is not yet properly clean. No tea and cups also. 3. Stair case are too small and high peak. No room on ground floor. Every rooms are on 2nd & 3rd floor. 4. They don't even provide room service, if you ask for hot water or any other items, you have to come on their reception and ask the person to provide then they will provide. 5. They have a common Gyser only and when Gyser is on, a tremendous sound is coming from water pipes, you cant stay on the room. And it's happening on the adjacent room of the Gyser. 6. Hot water is available only in Shower tap. Normal water tap is not connected with the Gyser line. So you have to stand Below the shower to get hot water during bath time. 7. Room pictures which are shown on their page or social media or others booking platform, those are very old pictures, you will not get those exactly. So ask the recent pictures with date time stamp on the picture taken, before booking this.

Stayed in this property for more then 5 days feel like home 🏠 the staff are very friendly and well behaved.The location is very nice it's just 2 min away from pandy ghat the view is amazing 😍 really loved it .

If you are visiting with friends then it's good but if your are visiting with family then it's not cause room are very small, the location of hotel is very inside but is just near the ganga river so it's worth it and the service hear is good.
